What can Chaplains do?

· Chaplains are independent and available to anyone who works in or is visiting Banbury

· They can visit a place of work or elsewhere on request to meet and talk with people

· They provide a confidential and impartial listening ear

· They care about a person’s health and well-being

· They can pray with or for someone if there is a specific need or concern (but only if permission is agreed)

· A Chaplain in the workplace will not disturb staff when they are busy but will try and take a few moments when convenient.
